​What to say ?! The truffle was the master, but it was a tough fight. We started the journey by stopping at one of the most important rice farms in Italy. We then moved to the municipality of the lower Monferrato,   discovering UNESCO heritage monuments and impressive private castles that joyfully opened their doors to us. a visit to the magnificent city of Alessandria and its imposing star-shaped citadel, wine tastings,   basilicas and small museums that make the history of Italy.
